Delete Your DiabeList Account
DiabeList is operated by DIABELIST LTD. You can request deletion of your app account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app or signing in.
Email: customerservices@diabelist.com from the email address registered to your DiabeList account, with the subject Delete my DiabeList account. Include your registered email address. Do not send your password. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
What data is removed?
When your deletion request is completed, we delete your DiabeList account details, saved favourites, saved search query and any uploaded profile photo from the active app database. We also request deletion of associated personal data held by our service providers. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund an app purchase made through Apple or Google.
